As an expert in assessing top candidates for high-impact leadership roles, I coach emerging or transitioning leaders to be more effective amid disruption or change. As a coach, I aim to push leaders to be creative in taking advantage of their unique circumstances and believe giving difficult feedback is a gift. I apply my knowledge and skills to helping leaders strategically define their goals in a way that is both personally motivating and in line with the business.
Types of Coaching
I work with executives in a broad range of situations, and every coaching engagement is different. As well as general executive coaching I offer a number of specialised programmes:
Newly Assigned Leader Coaching – I coach individuals assigned or hired into new leadership roles and help them with their “onboarding” journey. The goal of the coaching is to clarify with the leader’s key constituents the most important responsibilities of his/her new role, the deliverables in the first few months of the new assignment, and ways to integrate the team (s)he will lead with the organisation.
High-Potential Coaching – I work with organizations to develop the potential of individuals who have been identified as key to the organization’s future or are part of the business’ succession plan. The focus of the coaching may include assessment, competency development, or assistance planning and implementing strategic projects.
Performance Coaching – I enable employees at all levels better understand the requirements of their roles, the competencies needed to fulfill those requirements, any gaps in their current performance, and opportunities to improve performance. I work with the employees, their managers, and others in their workplace to help the employees fill performance gaps and develop plans for further professional development.
Succession Coaching – I help assess potential candidates for senior management positions and prepare them for promotion to more senior roles. This type of coaching may be used in any organization that is experiencing growth or turnover in its leadership ranks. It is especially helpful in family businesses to maintain the viability of the firm.

The coaching process varies in length depending on your goals. I do the majority of my coaching by Zoom / Video conference (including internationally), but I also meet people face-to-face in and around London, UK and Budapest, Hungary.
